If you click on the Withdraw button, you will no longer stake your LP tokens.
In case you still have unclaimed tokens as a reward for your staking, they will be claimed and send to your wallet automatically.
If you claim your rewards, you have them straight in your wallet, giving you the chance to either sell or add to the Liquidity Pool.
